3. Our Service and Guarantee:
3.1. We provide the technical support for whole life of self lock
standing seam roof roll forming machine.
3.2. Meanwhile, if any parts go broken and not artificial damage,
we will send you new ones for free.
3.3. When need the technician to go abroad, we will arrange the
technician.
3.4. 1) Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in
buyer's factory.
2) The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if
visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear
expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and
allowance of USD100 per day for engineer.
3) During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts
without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If
the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will
provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one
year and provide long-term technical guide.

A:1. Customers to send the technical people to our factory for checking the quality.
2.We can send the technicians to the buyer`s factory
for the installation of the machine.
4.5.What policy of your garentee?
A: Within the One-YEARS period, we could supply you the replacement parts free of charge
for any damaged parts caused by quality problems after two years,you need to buy by factory cost.
4.6:How is this machine's service life?
A:In the normal maintenance,the service life at least 8 years.
