in first two years, if any part of the machine broken down, we send you new part free. over two years, we also send you new part, but you should pay for it.
if the machine need our engineer go to fix, we will send engineer go to your country, but you should pay for his plane ticket, food, hotel and 100$ salary per day.

 

the payment term is T/T.
mean you pay us in bank , transfer money to our bank account.
first, you pay us 30% deposit, then we make new machine for you.
