Replacement Screen for MI Swaco Mongoose / Meerkat PT Shaker
We can produce metal panel screen and composite frame screen. Compared to the metal panel screen, composite screen has 10-20% larger screening area and longer screen life.
Coupled with Ultra Fine mesh, the composite screen has been specifically designed for use in drilling sandstone formations, which typically create blinding problems with standard screen mesh types.
Our ultra fine mesh features two fine-screening layers with a support mesh having square openings of medium wire diameter for improved capacity, screen life, and blinding resistance.
We use high quality stainless steel wire as wire mesh as raw material. All shaker screens are made according to API RP 13C standard.
