Shale Shaker Screen for Model 2000 Shaker API Designation Green Color
Shale shaker is used for cleaning drilling fluid by separating the fluid from the cuttings through a set of vibrating shaker screens. Through a vibrating motion the liquid falls through and the cuttings are removed.
The shale shaker is a vibrating machine using a very fine mesh that separates the cuttings from the fluid. The mesh is often divided into six or eight sections, each mounted on a frame, called shaker screens.
Model 2000 flat shaker screen is the most common screen cloth used in oilfield, often made of 2 or 3 layers stainless steel wire cloth bonded to a metal plate
The mesh available is from 20 to 325 mesh. Shale shaker screen can be tailor made to suit your specific requirement.
