Shale Shaker Screen for Fluid Systems 50B Shaker, Tensile Bolting Wire Cloth
50B shale shaker utilizes frame supported flat screen. The screen dimension is approx 29’’ x 42’’. 2 or 3 layers TBC grade wire cloth are applied to maximize screen life and conductance as well as to provide a consistent cut point. The bottom layer coarse wire cloth acts as the protection layer to the top finer mesh.
The multiple layers of mesh act as a de-blinding mechanism pushing near sized particles, which may get stuck in the openings, out of the mesh reducing blinding issues and keeping the screen surface effective.
