3: Technical details
The screen's material is epoxy glue.
We use excellent level wire cloth(304, 316), the material epoxy
glue has environmental suitability.The curing temperature is above
220 degrees. The softening temperature is 140 degrees. The sealing
rubber strip is NBR, so our screens could meet the terrible
acid-base environment.
About the types of wire cloth, we can provide DX, HP, DF, XR, XL,
RHB and so on. We can provide three-layer even four-layer all types
of screen cloth.
About API standard, all our screens are been tested in the drilling
sites and laboratory. According to our clients feedbacks, our
screens are completely conformed to API RP 13C.
The material of steel frame is Q235. The composite material is
modified polypropylene.
