1. These Steel frame screens are mostly applied to the shale shakers with wedge fastening equipment. 2. The screen frames adopt that high-strength square steel tube welded to multi-ribbed construction.

3. They are sturdy and reliable.These products screen constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers with a steel backing plate and steel frame combined together.

4. Because of different mesh size and hole size, get a better filtering effect.

5. After returning to the surface of the well the used drilling fluid flows directly to the shale shakers where it begins to be processed.

6.Once processed by the shale shakers the drilling fluid is deposited into the mud tanks where other solid control equipment begin to remove the finer solids from it.  

7.The solids removed by the shale shaker are discharged out of the discharge port into a separate holding tank where they await further treatment or disposal.
