Features & Purposes:
Z-type steel machine strengthens its firmness with an arch type, stabilizes its operation
with gearbox drive, and improves product quality by adopting molding shearing to avoid
port deformations.Products are widely applied in purline set-up of steel-structure houses.

Roller material: high grade NO.45 forged steel, plated hard chrome on the surface of roller with thickness 0.05mm.
Active shaft material: high grade NO.45 carbon wrought steel at diameter 72mm.
Cutting blade: Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment.

Payment type: 30% T/T prepaid and balance should be paid before
loading
Delivery time: 40days after receving advance payment.

Installation and training:
If buyers visit our factory and check the machine, we will teach
you how to install and use the machine, and also train your
workers/technician face to face.
Without visiting,we will send you user manual and video to teach
you to install and operate.
If buyer needs our technician to go to your local factory,please
arrange board and lodging and other necessary things.
package:
1.As to the roll forming machine's package, it should be nude.
2.we'll protect the machine well before shipment, to prevent
machines from rusting and damage.
Repairs:
Warranty: 1 year since the date of B / L on
Installation and Commissioning:. We will send professional
engineers to buyers' country for installation and commissioning
Buyer pays each engineer 100USD / Day besides the round-tickets,
room and board.
