Miniature Button Type Load Cell FC10C is made of stainless steel
based on metal foil strain gauge technology intended for
compression force measurement. Subminiature button load cell FC10C
offers 0-50N / 0-100N / 0-200N / 0-500N four rated measuring ranges
to choose from. Micro compression load cell FC10C is featured with
only 10mm outer diameter and 6mm total height which makes it
extremely suitable for force measurement applications where
mounting space is limited. Typical applications for smallest
compression load cell FC10C are such as clamping force
measurement, force overload protection, load distribution analysis,
pressing die force measurement, auto equipment, assembly line and
so on. Mini Load transducer FC10C can also be modified or
customized as per requirements of our clients.

A load cell (or loadcell) is a transducer which converts force into
a measurable electrical output. Although there are many varieties
of loadcells, strain gauge load cells are the most commonly used
type which is comprised of a solid metal body on which
strain gauges have been secured to form a wheatstone bridge which
delivers mV/V output.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of miniature button load cell FC10C is normally
around 1mV/V.
Power supply of micro compression force sensor FC10C is normally
within 3-10V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of mini compression force transducer FC10C is
normally within 0...+10mV.
Example one: Subminiature Button Load Cell FC10C-20kg with 1.0mV/V
sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0~5mV.
Example two: Micro Compression Sensor FC10C-50kg with 1.0mV/V
sensitivity powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0~3.3mV.
A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into
0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example one: Smallest Button Load Cell FC10C-10kg working with
amplifier FSC(0-5V)-24V,the load-voltage relationship will be
0-10kg compressive load VS 0-5V output.
Example two: Miniature Compression Sensor FC10C-5kg working with amplifier FSC(4-20mA)-24V,the load-current relationship will be 0-5kg compressive force VS 4-20mA output.
