Features of machine:
1. Stainless steel version.
2.(One servo) Panasonic servo driven cross seal jaw.
3. (One servo) Panasonic servo driven film transport.
4. Safe polymethy methacrylate (PMMA) protection.
5. One set SENBO desgin, manufacture and easy change film former/
bag fomer.
6. Industrial Siemens PLC controller. Capacity to program data
for at least 100 items.
7. Colour Siemens touch screen. VFFS machine touch screen
adjustment of sealing time, function, temperature and pressure for
the horizontal seal jaws. Weigher touch screen adjustment of
vibration and weight.
8. Password controlled ACCESS to different operator level.
9. Motorised and manufactured in accordance with the newest
(CE/SGS) regulations.
10. (One servo) Schneider servo control screw auger.
11. Auger filler equips hand wheel for adjusting height of auger
filler.
12. Screw conveyor could equip vibration hopper inclined conveyor
or horizontal screw conveyer by customer factory producing process.
13. Smart inline counting and tracking system.
14. Machines operate with low noise. Easy cleaning, low maintenance
and ergonomics.
15.Siemens PLC and touch screen control machine running, capacity
data could output by USB.
16.Could equip low noise dust remover. Keep operating space

17.This machine adopts air shaft. Operator could put the roll film
on the air shaft directly, and lock it by air gum.
