Fence semi trailer develops on the basis of container flatbed trailers and sidewall trailers. The stake trailer has a fence structure design. Mainly used for transportation of agricultural and sideline products and other bulk cargo.
Livestock stake fence trailer has a fence structure design. We have 2/3/4 axles, and load capacity has 30/40/60/80/100 tons for your choice. Customizable side wall height.
The construction of livestock trailer bodies is usually of side walls that have tubular truss-type support structures closed in through the use of spaced-parallel and horizontal slats that are fastened to one another. Some of these types of trailers normally come with a removable floor located somewhat at the middle section hence offering separate lower and upper decks for loading the animals.
(1) Bottom Floor, many fence trailers are also used to transport bulk cargo and other items. The bottom plate of the fence drop side trailer passes the international standard 3mm thick checkered plate.
(2) Side door. The common height of side door is 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm. The side door adopts vertical corrugated structure. The door frame is a 40x60mm rectangular steel tube.

(4) The work platfrom is the main load-bearing part, which is composed of the main beam, side beam, cross beam, bottom floor, suspension and so on.
The main beam should pay attention to whether the thickness is an international standard. The international standard for the main beam of a cargo trailer is 14/8/16 mm. The steel plate in the middle of the beam uses Q345B manganese steel. TITAN Vehicle uses automatic arc-submerging welding method to weld the main beam, there isn’t interface between the steel plate,it can ensure the intergrated main beam, so the main beam is more stronger and more durable.
