The high performance casting bronze .

 

JDB-12 Graphite-impregnated aluminum-bronze solid lubrication bearings are customer-specified products. Its base is CuZn35Al2Mn2Fe1 material. Compared with JDB-12, it has moderate surface hardness and somewhat higher coefficient of friction. After graphite impregnation and oil soaking, it can be used without oil lubrication. This product has excellent mechanical and self-lubricating properties, with good corrosion-resistance in atmosphere, water and sea water, and easily machinable. JDB-12 is primarily used in moderate speed and load applications.

This is made of strong cast bronze based metal with special solid lubricants embedded. The base metal withstands high load and the solid lubricants provide self-lubrication. The bearing shows excellent performance without pre-lubrication under conditions of extreme high/low temperature with low speed. This material provides a maintenance-free bearing solution, particularly for high load, intermittent of oscillating motion.
