Solar panel mesh clips include a J hook nail and washer
• For the j hook nails,the size is 95x2.4mm , the material aluminum or stainless steel
• For the speed locking washer,the size is 29x31mm , the material is alloy aluminum
When calculating the necessary number of clips need for a solar
array:
Use 2 clips for the short side of every exposed edge of a panel
Use 3 clips for the long side of every exposed edge of a panel

Slide the speed washer onto the shaft of the clip assembly until snug. Tighten speed washer to panel edge
to immobilize the mesh. Cut of the clip assembly rod flush with the exterior of the speed washer by cutter.

wire. it is very important for the fixing wire mesh. soft wire is
easily for bending.
For the speed locking washer, we must choose hardness material to

non deformable. at the same time, we must concider left time, so uv coated for aluminum washer
or choose stainless steel material to make rustproof.
