CNC flame plasma cutting machine consists of two parts: CNC system and mechanical frame. Compared with traditional manual and semi-automatic cutting, CNC cutting effectively controls and improves cutting quality and cutting efficiency through the cutting technology, cutting technology and automatic control technology provided by the numerical control system. Precision design structure reduce the friction and raise the steadily which great improve the accuracy,strong driving force, low fuel consumption, easy operation,High flexibility.
Gantry CNC cutting machine is widely used in automobile, shipbuilding, engineering machinery, petrochemical equipment, light industrial machinery, aerospace, pressure vessel and decoration, large-scale signage manufacturing and other industries.
Suitable for carbon steel (flame cutting), stainless steel and copper, aluminum (plasma cutting) and other sheet metal cutting and cutting operations.
Product Features
1. The machine tool is a gantry structure, and the frame consists
of a beam and a longitudinal end beam. Using the forward and
reverse thrust balancing technology, the meshing clearance between
the final gear and the rack can be automatically eliminated, thus
ensuring the transmission accuracy of the machine during continuous
motion and frequent forward and reverse rotation.
2. The combination of the T-bar and tailored track with dual drive
acquires zero-noise, high-intensity, high-speed and high-precision
features.
3. Equipped with two movable bodies which is convenient and
practical.
4. Overvoltage protection function automatically eliminate the
phenomenon of the torch at the bar when the arc voltage
fluctuations caused by overrun .
5. Cutting Objects: carbon steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous
metal plate.
6. With the function of cutting metal plates into any shapes.
7. With two cutting modes: Flame Cutting & Plasma Cutting.
8. Built-in power-on self-test diagnostic function,Can
automatically memorize and restore when power is off.
9. LCD operation control box, the system can be easily set up, operate and monitor.
