Forging steel shaft through smelting, forging, heat treatment, so
that the working layer of the shaft body with uniform structure,

properties of steel shaft make it irreplaceable in cold rolling and

At present, the commonly used materials for forging steel shaft in China are Cr2 (9Cr2Mo, 86CrMoV7) Cr3 (9Cr3Mo, MC3, 70C3Mo 70C3NiMo) Cr5 series materials.Its wear resistance and hardenability are different.Different quenching depth can be obtained by using different materials and different process parameters.Our company can choose reasonable materials and hardness according to customers' rolling mill parameters, operation and use characteristics, rolling product varieties and characteristics, rolling product quality requirements, and put forward reasonable rolling mill matching scheme, so as to help users more reasonable choice of shaft, reduce roll consumption, improve efficiency.
