Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel Decking Screw for Hardwood, Type
17, Fine Thread, Countersunk Head with 4 Nibs
This counterunk head deck screw is especially important in hardwood
material such as oak, maple, hickory, cherry and walnut. The screw
also features a type 17 auger point that self-taps its' own hole,
eliminating the need to predrill in even the hardest materials. The
screws also have larger diameter shanks for an impressively strong
screw that is almost impossible to break.
Flat heads are countersunk (cone shaped under the head) with a flat
top. Phillips drive is x-shaped for installation with a phillips
screw driver.
