They all directly affect the filter effect and service life of the filter cloth, and have a great influence on the operation of the subsequent process or other acid equipment.
1 Preparation for Filter Cloth Replacement Under normal circumstances, all parts above the filter press plate must be cleaned and cleaned before removing the old filter cloth. It is advisable to complete the maintenance work on the filter press. After the old filter cloth is removed, the filter plate is washed with high pressure water to ensure that the filter plate is free from fouling, the filter hole is not blocked, and the diversion hole below the filter plate is unblocked.
