All-welded v / wedge wire-wound screens can be widely used in oil,
gas, and water wells for sand prevention, and are particularly
important in chemical, environmental protection and other
industries. It is one of the most widely used filter screens used
in various oil and water recycling and resin collection links. The
Johnson T-shaped wire-wound screen in our factory adopts the
current leading full-wound welding production process, and uses
special trapezoidal (wedge-shaped) wire windings to be welded on a
set of longitudinal support rods arranged in a circular manner.
Due to the use of full-process welding, not only the strict
continuous integrity of the product is ensured, but also the ideal
gap size is formed. Compared with the welding process commonly used
in China, the water filter pipes, water caps, water distributors,
resin traps and sieve plates we produce have smooth pipe surfaces,
no production edges, no burrs, and uniform gaps and no grease
