Motor stator consists of three parts,the stand and installed within the frame of the cylindrical core and the copper wire winding.Waste motor stator cutting and dismantling machine is forcible entry of special equipment for motor stator,the equipment adopts the hydraulic system work,the equipment can cut stator frame (limited to cast iron frame), cylindrical iron core in half,exhaustion copper wire winding From cylindrical core,complete the stator and rotor of the motor dismantling process.The equipment to work stable and reliable, high efficiency, convenient and flexible operation, zero pollution to the environment, is the ideal equipment of motor stator forcible entry.

It can be process all kinds of motor stator with external diameter 100-250mm. It cut the stator/motor in half firstly, then take all the inside copper out finally that all steps within 2 times. This machine is composed of hydraulic system, electronic control system, blade, push rod, claws, motors and main body. It is used in the motor factory to recover the unqualified motor stator enameled wire and steel sheet, and also widely used in some factories specialized in the recovery of motor disassembly.
