Introduction
SAEF TECHNOLOGY SF-TO400DX-8979A-CT TFT LCD display module is a transmissive type color active matrix
TFT(Thin Film Transistor) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses
amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This module is
composed of a TFT LCD module, a driver circuit, and a back-light
unit. the resolution of a 4” contains 320 (RGB)X 320 dots, and
it can display up to 262k color. SF-TO400DX-8979A-CT TFT LCD model supports MCU and SPI interface; the supply voltage
(VCC) of driving LCD panel is from is 2.7V to 3.6V. Typical value
is 3.3V.
SF-TO400DX-8979A-CT can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage
temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃. the LCD module is with PCAP
capacitive touch screen, It is great for automation, GPS,
medical equipment, industrial device, security equipment white
goods, smart home applications, IoT System, car equipment, car
dashboard, car audio, car clock, car door display system, water
ionizer, which requires TFT display in high quality and colorful
