16x2 white LED Character LCD, 16x2 with Pin connector Display Description
SAEF Technology SF-1602L is a monochrome COB Character LCD 16x2 LCD module. It is built in with SPLC780D controller or equivalent IC.
It supports MPU 8bits interface, I2C interface opational. SF-1602L Character Display LCD module is 5V(typical value) for supply voltage, optional 3.3V. It is with white LED backlight.
SF-1602L is FSTN Transmissve Positive mode. it can be operated at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃. This LCD module is originally without touch, but touch panel is customizable.
SF-1602-22 module is widely used in meter and instrument, remote controller, sensor device, POS terminal, cash reader, handheld device, mobile food ordering machine, medical analyzer, etc.

Saef Technology offers a wide range of standard Character LCD modules for customers' application. Our LCD character displays are available from 8x2, 16x1, 16x2, 16x4, 20x2, 20x4, 24x2 through to 40x4 formats with 5x8 dot matrix characters. The LCD panel technologies include TN, STN, FSTN, FFSTN types and also with polarizer positive mode and negative mode options. There are different LED backlights are available in various colors including yellow/green, white, red, blue, green, amber, and RGB LEDs as well as no backlight option.
To meet the demands of customer applications, these character LCD displays are available with viewing angles of 6:00, 12:00, 3:00, and 9:00 o'clock. Saef Technology offers various IC options of character fonts including English/Japanese, western European, eastern European, Scandinavian European, Cyrillic (Russian), and Hebrew/Arabic. These LCD character module and LCM Modules can be used on industrial and consumer's applications including entrance guard's equipment, telegram, medical device, car and home audio, white goods, game machine, toys and etc.
FAQ
Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples of different item numbers are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: For off-shelf products, in-stock samples immediately. 1-1.5 wks for sample remaking. 4-6 wks for mass production. For design-in products, 2-3 days for counter drawing proposal; 2 wks for sample making at drawing approval; 5-6 wks for trial-run/mass production at sample approval.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for sample and production order?
A: Low MOQ. 3-5pcs for sample checking is available. Mass production MOQ is normally 1K/lot. We support qty lower than MP MOQ for trail-run/PP-run order.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. How to proceed an order for LCD module?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the LCD product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally in design stage, and we will make samples with your logo for your sample test and approval. At sample approval, the mass production will follow the approved samples.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lcds with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
