Inconel600 is suitable for welding with the same material or other metals using any traditional welding process, such as TUNGSTEN inert gas welding, plasma arc welding, manual subarc welding, METAL inert gas welding, melt inert gas welding, pulse arc welding is the preferred solution.When manual arc welding is used, it is recommended to use a mixture of (Ar+He+H2+CO2) protective gas.
Welding of the Incoloy 825 must be performed in the annealed state using a stainless steel wire brush to remove stains, dust and various marks.When welding at the root of the weld, great care must be taken (argon 99.99) to obtain the best root weld quality so that no oxide is produced at the weld after the root is welded.The color produced in the weld heat affected zone should be brushed away with a stainless steel brush while the weld area is not cooled.
