Description of LiFePO4 Battery Pack

 

Lithium - lron - Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery offers a higher charge/discharge cycles, about 3,000 cycles at 100% DOD (depth of discharge). LiFePO4 cathode is intrinsically safer than the LiCo02 or the manganese cathode. We provides a complete line of 12, 24 and 48 volt batteries for use in RV' s, boats, EV' s and off-grid applications and much more. Our wide variety of standard and high performance batteries ensure we have what you need, when you need it.

Warning & Tips

  1. Keep the battery against high temperature. Otherwise it will cause battery heat, get into fire or lose some functions and reduce the life;
  2. When the battery run out of power, please charge it within 15 days;
  3. Please use the original or recommended charger for this battery;
  4. If the battery leaks and get into the eyes or skin, do not wipe, instead, rinse it with clean water and see doctor immediately;
  5. Do not use the battery when there exist abnormal conditions such as odour, discoloration, noise, leakage, serious deformation, etc.
  6. Please far away from children or pets.

Ryder Electronics established in Shenzhen on July 18, 2005, mainly in the business of battery packs. In 2009 the company passed ISO9001 and improved the product quality standard to fulfill the high-end requirements from our customers.

 

In 2012, Ryder Electronics moved to a new facility and expend the production capacity, the Productivity improved nearly 10 times than before.

 

In 2013, Ryder Electronics imported ERP (SAP) system to supervise order execution process.

 

In 2017, Ryder Electronics expanded the SMT, imported high-speed patch machine from Germany.

 

Until now the factory grows into a modern enterprise which integrated injection molding, PCB designing, SMT and battery pack assembling services.

 

In 2018 the company passed ISO14001certification, introduced automated battery production line to further improve the production quality and capacity.
