APPLICATION:

· Type DG / CHT / CHTA high pressure boiler feed pumps are used for feeding high pressure boiler or pumping high pressure clean water

head:  1700-2800 m
tempt: 210 ℃
speed  5375-5900 r/min
shaft power:  2527-18270 kw

CONSTRUCTION:
· The pumps are sectional casing, multi-stage centrifugal pumps. The suction and discharge nozzle of pumps are arranged vertically up. The suction casing. stage casing and discharge casing are rigidly held together by tie bolts. The joints between these casings are primarily sealed by means of metal-metal contact Simultaneously,0-rings are used as auxiliary seals
· The forged pieces are used for the suction, stage and discharge casings of type DGB high pressure boiler feed pumps

SHAFT SEALING:
· The shafts of these pumps are sealed by soft-packing and cooling water
· Mechanical seal can be used according to client's requirements

BEARINGS AND AXIAL BALANCING DEVICE:
· The rotating assembly is supposed by sliding bearings on both ends of the pump shaff Bearings of pump are forced-lubricated The oil system is equiped for type DG pump
· The axial thrust of rotores is balanced by balance disc And the thrust bearing is also provided which is used to bear reeidural axial force caused by the change of working conditions

DRIVE:
· The pump is directly driven by the motor through the coupling. The gear, membrane cupling and hydraulic coupling can be used according to client's requirements The pump can be driven by turbine or motor
· The rotating direction of pumps are clockwise when viewed fron the driving end.

MATERIAL:
· Suction casing, discharge casing, diffuser, and impeller: carbon steel or chrome steel
· Shaft wear ring and diffuser bush: chromic vanadium steel or chrome steel
