Working principle of hydraulic system

 

After pressing the start button, the motor drives the gear pump and the high-pressure gear pump to rotate (the direction of rotation of the pump should be consistent with the direction of the arrow), the oil filter→gear pump→overflow valve→check valve→cylinder. At this time, the hydraulic oil passes through the column Oil filter→gear pump→remote pressure regulating valve→one-way valve→cylinder plug rises rapidly, the flow is reduced, the pressure of the low pressure relief valve and remote pressure relief valve overflow system is displayed by the black needle of the electric contact pressure gauge, and the electric contact pressure The red needle of the watch is adjusted to the holding pressure of 14.5Mpa, and the other green needle is adjusted to 13Mpa. When the black and red needles on the watch coincide, the pressure gauge sends a signal to stop the motor, which is the holding pressure. (Note: The vulcanization time needs to be pre-set DSJ-909). When the pressure holding time is up, the automatic alarm buzzer will sound. At this time, pull back the control valve handle on the hydraulic station, and the hot plate will drop quickly, and the mold will be opened. A working procedure is thus completed. As the pressure drop may occur during the mold clamping and vulcanization process, the black needle retreats to coincide with the green needle (no pressure is maintained). At this time, the motor restarts to make the black needle coincide with the red needle again, that is, automatic pressure compensation and automatic compensation. Pressure does not affect the curing time.

 

Adjustment of hydraulic system

 

1. Adjustment of remote pressure regulating valve: This valve mainly sets the working pressure, so its setting pressure is slightly higher than the rated working pressure of 15-15.5 Mpa. This valve has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and the user should not adjust it at will. In the event of an operation accident, it shall be solely responsible.

 

2. Adjustment of the electric contact pressure gauge: adjust the red needle to the required holding pressure. (The value is 14.5 Mpa, and the total pressure of the machine is 25 tons).

 

Electrical system and plate heating system

 

1. Electric heating

 

This system adopts three-phase four-wire system for power supply, and the machine shell should be reliably grounded to ensure safety. The incoming line should generally not be less than 4-6mm2 and be protected by an external circuit breaker.

 

When the power is turned on, turn the combination switch Q to the on position, and then start the SB2 button, the oil pump motor works, the plate rises, and then pressurizes. When the pressure is reached, the pressure gauge contact is connected, the oil pump motor stops working, and the machine enters vulcanization. Status, the time relay KT1 starts to count in seconds. If it drops during the working process (that is, the black needle leaves the red needle) and reaches the position of the green needle, the system will switch on the oil pump motor for pressure compensation until the predetermined pressure is reached. It can also be manually compensated (that is, press the SB2 button) to achieve follow-up and follow-up compensation.

 

Any halfway automatic pressure compensation operation does not affect the timing of the vulcanizer, and the buzzer alarms after vulcanization is completed to remind the staff that the mold can be opened. The alarm time is set by KT1, about 10 seconds before leaving the factory, the user can adjust it by himself, or press SB1 to interrupt the alarm.

 

If an abnormal phenomenon occurs, check whether the relay in the electrical box is intact, loose or dropped. In an emergency, press the SB1 stop button, and the machine oil pump will stop working.

 

2. Steam heating

 

If the machine adopts the steam heating vulcanization process, the heating of the hot plate is to transport the steam through the steam pipe, input from the air inlet of the machine, and then distribute to the hot plates through the steam pipe, and each hot plate is used Metal hose connection, the vapor pressure can be read from the barometer (maximum vapor pressure <1 Mpa). The condensed water and part of the exhaust gas in the hot plate are led out through the outlet of the pipe. The required steam (or cooling water), condensate water, and exhaust gas are all controlled by valves on the pipe.
