A BUSHING is a bearing that insulates moving and stationary parts. You'll
often find kits used as shafts, silver chains, or housings sold, or
in electrical applications as openings for guides to pass through,
reducing a small amount of friction.  

According to the source of raw materials, rubber seals can be
divided into two categories: natural rubber and synthetic rubber,
of which the consumption of natural rubber accounts for 1/3, and
the consumption of synthetic rubber accounts for 2/3; according to
the appearance of rubber, it can be divided into solid rubber,
There are four types of emulsion rubber, liquid rubber and powder
rubber; according to the physical form of rubber, it can be divided
into hard rubber and soft rubber, raw rubber and mixed rubber.
Rubber seals have a wide range of uses in life. Basically, things
that have a little contact with machinery will use seals. As big as
automobiles and airplanes, as small as lighters and mice, etc.,
seals must be used. There are many types of seals, which can be
divided into acid-resistant seals, alkali-resistant seals,
high-temperature-resistant seals, low-temperature-resistant seals,
oil-resistant seals and so on. Many machines cannot work without
seals, such as oil seals. If there is no oil seal, oil may leak,
and even cause the machine to fail to work. We often see news about
oil spills on TV. In fact, it means that the seals are not done
well, or the quality of the seals is not good. Seals are an
important part of machinery and play an important role in the
operation of instruments. In order to prevent the entry of foreign
matter, seals must be used in machinery.

Production Processing

1. If we have stock of MATERIAL, we would start production soon, say 5days.

While, if the material is out of stock, we may need about 25 days to stock the material(QC works throughout the whole production process).

2. Make the MOLD according to the project(QC).

3. Add the VULCANIZING AGENT.

4. MIX the silicone rubber and adjust the COLOR to match it as per customer required(QC)

5. CUT the vulcanized material into slices according to the mold.

5. Put the material into the machine, VULCANIZATION & SHAPING(QC).

6. When the products ready, the workers will do TRIMMING.

7. We will print the customed LOGO if required.

8. QC and CLEAN before packing.

9. PACKING, Usually, PE inside , Carton Outside, Carons on pallets if needed.

10. Products be transfered to the WAREHOUSE to be delivered.

Order Processing FYI

1. First, send the Inquiry with 3D drawing or sample to us, and tell us the hardness and Tensile strength required, as more detaill as better.

2. We will analysis the inquiry, and offer the quotation.

3. Buyers accept the quotation, confirm the trial order of sampling, and make payment.

4. We will do sampleing and test, and send the sample or test report to customer.

5. Sample confirmed, buyers place the bulk order.

6. We send the official PI for confirmation.

7. Buyers make the payment, and send the payment proof to us.

8. After the payment received, we will arrange the production.

9. We will notice the buyers when products is about to ready, and book the inspection time with customers, or we show pictures for confirmation.

10. As soon as the inspection passed, we will arrange delivery according to the items we both agreed with the buyers.easy FYI
