Model: XLB-2000x2000
The rubber plate vulcanizing press is high precision 4 pillar
guiding. The main machine is consist of up plate(also called up
beam), down machine seat, move plate(move platform), oil cylinder
and pillars. The oil cylinder is piston type, the piston installed
into the down machine seat. Customer can choose to install two fast
return cylinder at the machine two sides.
The plate vulvanizing press has independent power mechanism and
electrical system . The control box is positioned at the right side
of the main machine. The machine adopts PLC control, equipped with
LCD display screen. Buttons centralized control, easy to operate.
Working pressure and heating temperature can be adjusted. The
machine has manual operation mode and half automatic operation mode
for choice.
The rubber plate vulcanizing press is single machine single pump
station structure. Customers can also choose double(duplex) machine
or multi machine connect work together. Hydraulic system and
electrical system all have overload protection.
When the machine work, piston move from down to up to close the
mold, compress the products into shape.
Application:
Rubber products plate vulcanizing press applies to all kinds of
rubber (natural rubber, EPDM rubber, NBR rubber, synthetic rubber,
silicone rubber ... )plate vulcanizing and compression molding. The rubber plate
vulcanizing press can be used to make O ring, sealing parts, oil
seal, auto parts, rubber crash pad, rubber air spring, key board,
medical rubber parts, rubber bottle stopper, silicone wrist band,
water-stop tape, bridge support/bridge bearings, rubber cable,
electronics insulators etc.. The plate vulcanizing press can also
be used to make bakelite products molding, and other thermalsetting
plastic. The machine can be used to make foam products, foam
resin,thin metal, construction material compression molding.
Configuration
1.Frame: The material is Q345 steel welded, and using Co2
protection welding process. high strength, no air hole, not easy
broken, then using the tempering process, to release the internal
stress. It is not out of shape, using the CNC machining center
treatment finally.
2.Heating pipes: Stainless steel SUS304 ,long using life
3.Plunger: Vanadium and titanium Alloy Chilled Cast Iron, High
hardness (68~72HS )and good abrasion , resistance, can not break
the seals easily
4.Hydraulic cylinder: Nodular cast iron, the material is QT-500,
hardness 68~72 HS, using the annealing treatment, and choosing the
best flaw detection process.
5.The heating plate :35# steel
6. Thermal baffle: Silicon 3 Calcium plate, not break the seals
easy
7. Valve: Cartridge valve, not easy broken and no need maintain
brand from Huade (China-Germany joint venture )
8.Hydraulic pump: Brand from YUCI YUKEN HYDRAULICS Co., LTD Japan
