The Small Rotomolding Cooler box is made of PE material and produced with one-time Rotomolding technology, making it impact resistant and long-lasting. It is also portable and durable, with a thick PUS layer insulated with 40 - 60 MM between the box body and lid, providing excellent cold and heat insulation.

The cooler box is based on a simple yet effective insulation principle: the use of a special, thick insulation layer. This prevents temperature loss and slows the speed of temperature change. Moreover, even without external power supply, an ideal warm effect can still be achieved.

Applications:

This product is suitable for stocking prepackaged food and beverage. The inside and outside surface of the box and the energy storage box surface should be kept away from hard and sharp objects, otherwise, they may be easily scratched.

When cleaning the insulation box, we should use a wet towel or suds to scrub the box body, but not strong acid, strong alkali or strong oxidizing detergents and disinfectants. Water droplets should also be wiped off the surface before using or storage to avoid mould breeding, to prevent bad smell, and to prevent pressing and impact.

The insulation box and storage box should be placed in a cool place to avoid long-time direct solar radiation and close proximity to other high temperature heat sources of a long time radiation. This will help prevent the aging of the plastic material. Lastly, it is forbidden to put the whole insulation box into a refrigerator or freezer.

Packing and Shipping:

For rotomolded cooler boxes, we use high-quality corrugated cardboard boxes and bubble wrap for packaging. The boxes are strong enough to withstand the rigors of shipping and any mishandling that may occur in transit.

We package each cooler box with a lid and handles secured and foam padding to protect the cooler from impacts during transit. Once the cooler boxes are packaged, they are placed on a pallet for shipping. We use a trusted freight carrier to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
