Customized Closed Circuit Commercial Dry Cooler With Water Spray System
 
General principle
 
Water spray system is the best solution for maximizing the performances and minimizing the product dimensions.
 
The dry coolers and the codnensers are generally selected in order to perform correctly at the maximum load with the maximum ambient temperature.
 
These difficult conditions can happen only for a very short period of the year, whereas in the year remaining, under less difficult working conditions, the product is oversized. 
 
For this reason we have designed a new product which can be selected for less difficult working conditions, but the performances increase in case of particular difficult conditions.
 
The new product is composed by a water spray system mounted on standard condensers and dry coolers which is spraying water finely nebulized in opposite direction to the air inlet.
 
In this way it is possible to cool the air entering the coils thus increasing the capacity of dry coolers and condensers.
 
Performances
 
By using the water spray system it is possible to select the products for working conditions less difficult than the ones which happen in a short period of the year.
Therefor the products can be selected for example for ambient temperature of 27°C instead of 32°C thus obtaining a great reduction of product dimensions.
