This product adopts a processing two layer co-extrusion and resistance to chemical corrosion of products. Surface material: weather ability resin, to keep the durability and resistance to chemical corrosion of product. Underlying material: white ductile material, to enhance the sense of space and brightness of house.The two different material given the each features of product. Smooth face and get together well. The new APVC anticorrosive composite wave tile solves the problems of durability, corrosion resistance, small rigid, the sense of space and aesthetic.

This line is mainly used to produce PVC glazed tile which width is 720mm, 880mm, 1040mm,thickness is 2-3mm. (Other size can be customized).PVC, ASA, PMMA compound roof tile production line consists of conical twin screw extruder SJZ80/156, co-extruder, extruding tools, forming machine for main tile and ridge tiles, haul-off, cutter and stacker. Supply formula guide and staple raw material purchase. Professional analyzing and design by considering production cost and roof tiles' performance.
