The light steel villa keel/house framing machine can meet the manufacturing needs of all frame keels of low-rise single family or conjoined building frames (including walls, floor Beams and roof trusses) with one click.

The frame keel system manufactured by it can be compatible with the existing brick-concrete structure, wood structure and heavy steel structure. Intelligent keel equipment cannot only be produced in the factory, but also can be placed in a container and transported to a remote construction site for onsite production.
 
The cloud control intelligent system matched with this equipment is the intermediate link between design and production, the control center of the whole system, and the technical guarantee for realizing one-key full-digital production.
 
 
The light gauge steel structure is easy to change or modify this
construction at any point in its lifespan.
There is a great range of systems and products catering to this
type of construction.
Light gauge steel structures are non-combustible, which is a code
requirement for some types of structures. Since steel loses its
strength in fire quite easily, it must be protected from fire with
fire-rated sheeting.

Double head decoiler is optional,can bear total 2 tons
Punch system ,we can customize according to your requirement, this
punch molds is special customized for you, it have more than 3
punch molds than standard C89 LGS Machine.
Ink printer, two ink cartridges. control by computer, Printed font size can be adjusted.
Production showing page. Shows the production online. Recognized
the production file automatically.
Main forming system. Rollers adopt imported material, DC53. CNC
center machining, hrc58-62, fine grinding.
