EQUIPMENT STRUCTURE
- This equipment is composed of SAW welding machines (four sets of
welding torch, the torch moving vertically and laterally, wire
hanging feeding, wire calibration, flux recycling device, etc.),
four sets of welding power source, electric control system (control
box, operating boxes, etc.), transfer roller, compressed air and so
on.
- Four sets of welding power source: Esab
- Wire feeding, torch, electrical switches and other components,
imported components recommended.
- In the process of welding together, the four sets of independent
operation button, adjustable knob (including the regulation of
welding, positioning cylinder mobile, etc.) and the regulated
digital. display and dial plate should be in one box. Welding
process can be manual or programmed.
BRIEF
Using four Submerged arc welding process to weld tubes and flat
steel into a single or even tube group, and to match 2000 × 4 the
existing machine in order to increase the membrane welding ability
in the shop.

- Torch: two pcs in 2 group and 2welding torches left and 2 in right
side. Each group can move from center to left/right up to 800mm.
The distance of 2 torches in each group is 30mm. Angle of torches
and pipe is 90°.
8.The stroke of the torch in vertical is 100mm,
extra fine-tuning stroke by hand is 40mm. It is suitable for
welding different size of pipe panels.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Feeding structure: feeding speed is synchronous with welding speed,
that is 0.5 ~ 2.0m/min adjustable. Axis can be fitted a variety of
roller into the above specifications tube with pneumatic clamping
device.
- Two sets of side clamping mechanisms: by the Center to the lateral
movement is about 0 ~ 800mm, the same movement as left/right roller
seat .the rear wheels with pneumatic devices, the pin adapted to
the over-voltage roller of the above specifications tube, the rear
of side clamping roller can calibrate the side bend, the movement
of the side clamping roller with cylinder, the fine-tuning of which
with manually.
- Workpiece can be into the corner.
- Flux recycling device: each group torch should be equipped with
flux recycling device, the flux powder hopper with drying flux,
which be taken into the parts to be welded, inhalation into welding
flux tube after welding as recycling. the suction of powder suction
machine should be sufficient, the flux tube should have sufficient
capacity to ensure the normal welding. which should be accompanied
a heating device and uniform heating, temperature control
automatically, heating temperature is between 0 ~ 200 ℃.
- Wire-assisted institutions: auxiliary wire feed speed is greater 3
times than feeding speed.
- Welding speed: welding speed and welding in welding can be facility
adjusted range 0.5 ~ 2.0m/min, each welding machine with
speedometer or a digital display.
