Shot
Most roller conveyor shot blasting machines are equipped with round
shots (cast steel shots or rounded steel cut shots). The pellets
travel around the equipment and continuously remove contaminants.
In order to obtain a good shot blasting effect, a balanced combination of new and old shots is imperative. The finer shots used in this mixture are very important to ensure the same shot blasting coverage on the workpiece surface, and the coarser shots are also very important to remove the oxide scale.

blasting hardness ranges from 35 HR C to 60 HRC or higher.
