Sterile water tank use:
1. When packaging a product, the aseptic tank is used as a buffer
tank.
2, used in dairy and alcohol fermentation, is a sterile,
non-polluting process, fermentation tank uses a sterile system to
avoid and prevent microbial contamination in the air
3. If there is an unplanned downtime in the packaging machine, the
sterile tank is used to take care of the remaining product during
the downtime.
4. Both products are packaged at the same time. First, a product is
stored in a sterile tank to ensure the whole package; then, the UHT
device is converted to another product and packaged directly on the
packaging line.
5. One or more sterile tanks on the production line provide a
flexible space for production planning.

The structure of the sterile water tank:
1. This series of containers has heating and heat preservation
functions, designed, manufactured, tested and accepted according to
GB150-89<<Steel Pressure Vessel Technical Conditions>>.
2, the volume has a specification of 100L-10000L, and can also be
designed and processed according to the actual needs of customers.
3. The container insulation material is made of high temperature
resistant and anti-aging integral pearl cotton insulation.
4. The interface is an international standard quick-loading chuck
type. The inner tank is made of imported 316L or 304. The surface
is polished by Ra≤0.28 m. The outer surface is polished with matt,
mirror, sandblasted or cold-rolled primary color matt.
5, the tank has a liquid level gauge, air breathing port,
thermometer, inlet and outlet, circulation pump interface, manhole,
CIP cleaning ball, sight glass, light.
