Deionized Water Ultrafiltration Peocessing System / Equipment With UF Membrane 4040

Wastewater treatment

In biological products, application of ultrafiltration technique has high economic benefit, for example for intravenous injection of 25% placental

blood albumin (white) is usually ammonium sulfate salting out, dialysis desalting, vacuum concentration, such as process of preparation, the

technological process of ammonium sulfate consumption of large, energy consumption, long operation time, dialysis process easy to produce

pollution.After the ultrafiltration process was used, the average recovery was up to 97.18%.Adsorption loss was 1.69%.Penetration loss was

1.23%;The interception rate was 98.77%.The yield and quality of albumin were greatly improved, saving 6.2 tons of ammonium sulfate and

16,000 tons of tap water per year.At present, Milipore (USA) and Sartorius (Germany) are the most famous manufacturers of ultrafiltration

membrane and ultrafiltration device.The well-known domestic manufacturers have rising.

Application of ultrafiltration in wastewater treatment

(1) treatment of reduced dye wastewater;

(2) electrophoresis paint wastewater treatment;

(3) wastewater treatment containing emulsified oil;

(4) domestic sewage treatment

UF Filter

The key to ultrafiltration technology is the membrane. Membranes come in a variety of different types and sizes and can be selected for your

job. Early films were isotropic uniform films, commonly used microporous films, which typically have pore sizes of 0.05 mm and 0.025 mm. In

recent years, some anisotropic asymmetric ultrafiltration membranes have been produced. One of the anisotropic diffusion membranes consists

of a very thin porous "skin layer" with a certain pore size (about 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm thick). And a relatively thick (about 1 mm) layer that is more

permeable and serves as a "sponge layer" for support. The skin layer determines the selectivity of the film, while the sponge layer increases

the mechanical strength. Since the skin layer is very thin, it is highly efficient, has good permeability, has a large flow rate, and is not easily

blocked by the solute, resulting in a decrease in flow rate. Commonly used films are generally made of acetate or nitrocellulose or a mixture of

the two. Recently, in order to meet the needs of sterilization in the pharmaceutical and food industries, non-fibrous directional films such as

polysulfone membranes, polysulfone amide membranes, and polyacrylonitrile membranes have been developed. The membrane is stable at pH

1 to 14 and works well at 90 °C. Ultrafiltration membranes are generally stable and can be used continuously for 1 to 2 years if used properly.

For temporary use, it can be stored in 1% formaldehyde solution or 0.2% NaN3. The basic performance indicators of ultrafiltration membranes

are: water flux [cm3/(cm2?h)]; rejection (expressed as %); chemical and physical stability (including mechanical strength).

Ultrafiltration membrane Device

Ultrafiltration devices typically consist of a number of ultrafiltration modules. Generally, it can be divided into four main types: plate and frame,

tube, spiral and hollow fiber. Most of the liquids treated by the ultrafiltration method contain water-soluble biomacromolecules, organic colloids,

polysaccharides, and microorganisms. These substances are highly adherent and deposited on the surface of the membrane, causing severe

concentration polarization and blockage. This is the most critical problem of ultrafiltration. To overcome the concentration polarization, it usually

increases the liquid flow and strengthens the turbulence and Stirring is enhanced.
