1.Introduction of gold dredger
The draft of bucket chain type gold dredger is usually less than 1 meters. So it is very easy for them to get enough floating force to work in the water. When it starts to work, The operators will slowly lay the dredging arms down into the water to some depth.
The dredging bucket rotates around the underwater 4-angle wheel, scooping up the solid in the riverbed, then dumping the sand into the classifying trommel which will be covered with single layer or double layer screens.The classifying screen will separate the gravels, clay balls, grass and branches off the sand. The sand with fine gold & gold nuggests will be finished selection by the pulsating sluice box and fixed sluice box( which is equipped with gold catching grass and gold catching carpet . After 2 process of gold panning, the gold recovery percentage can be upto 90%.
