Mud pump spare parts extension rod is a important parts transporting the power from the driving end to the hydraulic end. It is made of premium alloy steel through unique manufacturing process and advanced technology.Its mechanical property is improved after heat treatment.The surface is smooth,wear-resistant and anti-corrosive after chrome plating and accurate grinding.
Mud Pump Spare Parts Piston Rod Features:
1. The material of the piston rod is 45# steel or 35GrMo. It's used
with pistons together. And the size of the core is included 1 5/8"
and 1 1/2''.
2. Piston rods are forged using alloy steel. The intention of
products is improved after heat treatment.
3. The surface of the product is zincification, nickel-plate, and
plating with decorating chrome.
4. After numerical control processing, the products can meet the
various demands of clients.
The piston rod is the main part, which connects the mud pump power
end and the hydraulic end.
The material is 42 CrMo.
