Can I buy an original bag ?

No, we can't sell the originals because of patent.

Instead, as a direct manufacture, we only produce pp bags according to client's specific request.

Is your material same as the original?

Yes, SAME features:
1. It rustles when you shake the bag, max. Hold 25 kg, any heavy sharp things can not hurt the bag.
2. It has a waterproof, wipe-clean BOPP coated sheet on surface and interior.
3. Fold it, in any shape as your wish.

Not 100% exactly same as original. Our bag made from premium quality Polypropylene(PP).

Each fabric vendor produce a variety of cloth.

The color and thickness of cloth may be vary in each bulk production even they are produced by a same vendor.

It depends on pp granules purity quality and how did their worker to control the temperature.

Why MOQ minimum order quantity so high?

1. MOQ requirement is a reflection of the MOQ set by our components and materials subcontractors. Most of our products require manufacturing, we tend to keep a minimum stock of materials and components. As such, we must buy materials from subcontractors, on a order to order basis. This in turn requires that we can satisfy the MOQ of other vendors.

2. Cost effective. Consider shipping as the bigger the order the cheaper the shipping cost per item.

A landed price = FOB unit + sea freight + documentation fees + custom clearance +port fees+ VATs + duty rates.
5000pcs bag = 4 to 5 CBM normally will be the most suitable minimum volume for LCL (Less than Container Load) shipping. If less than this, the whole export & import process is complicated and costs lot of money, which means the average cost for each product will be high.

Is MOQ negotiable?

No, it is out of our control. Let's take the pp woven bag for example, MOQ breaks in:

Per unit bag: 1000 bags
Per standard colour of material: 300 meters = 250 bags
Per custom embroidery handle: 3000 meters = 1250 bags
Per size: 1000 bags

Can I combined MOQ on a mix colour order? Like 500pcs blue bag + 500pcs yellow bag?

Yes, can do a mix order, but limit customization cons:
1. Just plain colour bag, no logo on bag's body. Only add branding on private label sewn.

Or screen print logo, pls be aware it's removable ink.
2. No embroidery logo handles. ( Only screen print )
3. Price is higher.

Can you offer a All-in / Landed price if I don't have any freight forwarders?

Yes, we will quote a DDP price, no other extra cost.

What kind of quality of Polypropylene (PP) you use?

We use premium quality polypropylene (PP) to make bags. You can see from the picture, the PP granule are pure white, without mixing with limed powder or other impurities.

Can the bag be another color?

The native color of a polypropylene bag is milky white, but it is possible to add dye to the material to make it have any color (blue, yellow, red, orange, gold, silver, green, gray, black).

Can woven polypropylene bags printable?

Yes, very. Woven polypropylene is a great fabric to print on. You can choose easy printing such as 1-color or 2-color or multi-color brand text/letters and image with three colors, also full color printing with bopp lamination.

Bopp laminated woven polypropylene bags is best suited to graphic and digitally created art work. Perfect for 100% print coverage with no limit to creativity!

Are pp bag eco-friendly?

Can rotogravure reverse print ink stay long time and be scratch off?

No, the ink stay reverse side under lamination sheet, it is untouchable , hard to remove.

Can I get a sample in hand to check material quality first?

Yes, there are few pre-made samples in stock, in similar size and material, made from previous job, printed with other company's logo. If you don't mind, we will share you photos, you choose the perfect sample.

Is pre-made sample free?

Yes, it is free but postage is not, you will need to pay delivery fee depends on parcel weight&size.

What information you need to delivery out sample?

Your name + detail address + zip code + telephone numbers. ( Pre-paid delivery )
Your company name + carrier account number. ( freight collect )

Can I get a template for designing?

Yes, tell us more specific on style, size we will create a blank template for designing, a screenshot would be nice.

What is payment terms?

30% prepays, 70% balance payment prior to shipment.

     Indeed, there are so many unexpected problems occur during bulk production if we pay less attentions, the process is more complicate in real life, some like poor stitch, incorrect print colors and delays on delivery time, once it happens, it takes lot of time and money to fix it right, especially order from overseas. We treated your company and brand very seriously, we do inspection on each process, pick out semi-finished products before it made a defect bag. We communicate positive solutions and take responsibility for our mistake.

Can you offer other packaging products except listings on the website?

To offer a competitive price and good quality bags, we only focusing on producing all kinds of laminated polypropylene bags that printed and stitched in many kinds of style. There are few customer ask if we can supply other packaging products, like HDPE/LDPE plastic bag sealed by heat, we have to say NO, can't own all kinds of machine in one factory, but we can help to do some research to choose some factories in local, saving negotiate time and payment times for our customer.
