Application: Mould Parting Agent in steel ingot ,Aluminium ingot, Lead ingot and other metal ingot.On the other hand, Parting Powder for foundry :It is a fine dry parting media on core boxes or pattern plates to ensure a clean separation of sand from the pattern. It is recommended that PARTING POWDER be contained in a coarse weave calico container and dusted or sprinkled evenly over the surface of patterns or boxes. Excessive powder may be blown off gently with compressed air, however unless excessively heavily applications are made when it can be left on the surface. As well as acting as a parting media, PARTING POWDER also have excellent refractory properties which contribute to the casting surface finish. The small addition of a flow promoter ensures that PARTING POWDER remains free flowing without clumping or caking in the container .
