Introduction

WQ-2015 it is specially designed for flexo & gravure ink and varnish. pigment dispersions, and overprint varnishes. It promotes gloss, holdout, and resolubility in printing ink and overprint varnish formulations and can also be used to produce inorganic and organic pigment dispersion.

• Room temperature self-crosslinking, excellent film formation and flexibility
• Excellent adhesion to treated PE films and aluminum foils
• Good transparency, produces a high gloss transparent film on the substrate
• Excellent abrasion and water resistance
• High gloss, if properly formulated, it can produce high gloss and excellent leveling
• Fast drying, even without the addition of alcohol-based fast drying agents
• Low odor, good anti-sticking performance
• Good compatibility with popular water based resins on the market

• Water-based overprint varnish
• Water-based gravure and flexo inks
• Water-based plastic ink
• Suitable for all kinds of water-based OPV and various high-grade water-based inks

Storage

The product should be stored in a closed container and avoid freezing and high temperature, Suggested normal storage temperature is 10 to 35℃.
