PP Twisted Bunchy Fiber Applying Instruction:

1. Mixing ratio: It is generally recommended that the concrete content per square meter should be more than 2. 7kg (volume ratio 0.3%), and the reinforcement should be 5.5kg
2. Length: The usual crack resistance requires a fiber length of 54mm
3. As shown. Mix ratio: The proportion of concrete usually does not change, in order to crack resistance requirements, it is recommended that the polymer fiber and PP fiber mesh in the form of 1:1 volume ratio (per square meter of cement concrete 0.9kg fiber mesh) used in combination.

4. Use: dual axis horizontal forced mixer preferred.

The added material can be added in the same way as ordinary concrete, but the mixing time needs to be extended appropriately to ensure that the fibers are fully mixed.
