Luminous tape directions for use:

other light irradiation for 20 - 30 minutes, after turning off the
light,you can see the glowing effect. Products must first absorb
the light, put out the lamp,then will shine.
2, if it is used for performance: we suggest that the performers
wear black clothes, with a black light illuminate, make dark effect
first before using the product, and please let the tape absorb the
light about 20-30 minutes, then immediately go to one the stage,the
effect is best.
