6. Cycle Life

(23℃±2℃)

A cell is charged to end-of-charge voltage at a current of 0.5C, and then charged at a constant voltage of 3.65V until the charge current is less than 0.05C, after that stored for 20min; Subsequently, the cell is discharged to cut-off voltage at a constant current of 0.5C, and stored 30min; prior to next charge-discharge cycle. The cell shall be continuously charged and discharged for 2000 times.capacity retention:≥80%

 

3. LiFePO4 Battery Cells 3.2V 27Ah Feature

  • Safe:Rigid aluminum alloy housing protection, BMS or PCB built inside to protect the battery over charge or discharge.
  • Environmental-friendly: Accredited with RoHS, without any hazardous and noxious substances.
  • Lighter and smaller: 1/3 weight of lead acid battery, 70% size/weight of Ni-MH/Ni-Cd battery.
  • Powerful: Able to discharge at -20 and 65°C max.
  • Long cycle life: Over 2000 cycles with capacity staying at minium 80%. Lead battery and other Li-ion batteries only have 300-500 cylces, such as Ni-Cd battery, Ni-MH battery.
  • Wide temperature range: Available for use when the temperature ranges from -20°C to 70°C.
  • Quality assurance: BV and SGS approved supplier, with TS16949 and ISO9001 quality management certificates and UL, CE, IEC62133, RoHS certificates.

5. Storage & Transportation

  • Based on the character of cell, proper environment for transportation of LiFePO4 battery pack need to be created to protect the battery.
  • Battery should be stayed in the ware house -20℃~35℃ where it’s dry, clean, shade, and well-ventilated.
  • The battery should be stored in 50% SOC during transportation.
  • The battery need to be charged every 6 months if out of use.
  • Keep the battery against dropping, turning over and serious stacking during loading.
