Manufacturer Accurate Reliable High-sensitivity Drug Abuse Cannabinoid Single THC Saliva Test Device

1. The THC Rapid Test Device (Saliva) is for professional in vitro diagnostic use, and should be used for the qualitative detection of THC parent only.
2. The THC Rapid Test Device (Saliva) provides only a quantitative, preliminary analytical result. A secondary analytical method must be used to obtain a confirmed result. Gas chromatography/mass spectrophotometry (GC/MS) is the preferred confirmatory method.
3. A positive result with any of the tests indicates the presence of a drug/metabolite only, and does not indicate or measure intoxication.
4. A negative result may not necessarily indicate drug-free Saliva. Negative results can be obtained when drug is present but below the cut-off level of the test.

A. Accuracy

The accuracy of the THC test was compared and checked against a commercially available test with a

cut-off value of 25 ng/ml. 120 Saliva samples taken from volunteer test persons who claim to be non-consumers was examined under both tests. The results were 100% in agreement.

B. Reproducibility

The reproducibility of the THC test was verified by blind tests performed at a four different locations. Of the 60 samples with Δ9-THC concentration of 12.5 ng/ml, all were determined negatives. Of the 60 samples with Δ9-THC concentration of 50 ng/ml, all were determined positives.

C. Precision

Test precision was determined by blind tests with control solutions. Controls with Δ9-THC concentration of 12.5 ng/ml should yield a negative result and controls with Δ9-THC concentration of 37.5 ng/ml should provide a positive result.

D. Specificity

The specificity of the DIMA Drug Screen THC Test was tested with the substances listed below, all of which can be found in a normal Saliva specimen.
