Railway wagon automatic derailment brake

The railway derailment brake device is mainly composed of automatic brake valve for railway freight car derailment, ball valve, tee and pipeline. The automatic braking device for railway wagon derailment is to add two branches to the main air pipe of the original air brake system of the railway wagon. When the railway wagon has a derailment accident, the brake valve stem is interrupted and the brake main pipe is connected to the atmosphere , Causing emergency braking of the train.

 

In order to effectively reduce the loss caused by derailment, a derailment brake device was developed. The device adopts a mechanical action mode to enable the brake pipe to communicate with the atmosphere in time when the vehicle is derailed, thereby causing the train to generate emergency braking. Avoid the expansion of derailment accidents.

The derailment automatic brake device consists of derailment brake valve and pull ring. The derailment brake valve includes brake valve rod, actuating rod, spring piece, valve body and lock nut.

 

The pull ring consists of top beam (including top beam, limit cylinder, sheath and adjusting rod), spacer sleeve and pull ring. The end of the brake valve rod penetrates into the hole of the actuating rod, and there is a gap of 2 mm ± 0.5 mm between the end of the brake valve rod and the upper and lower parts of the hole respectively.

 

The actuating rod is supported on the valve body by two spring pieces symmetrically placed at the top and is pre tightened by the lock nut. The acting rod, locking nut, sheath and adjusting rod are connected by pins.

The adjusting rod and the top beam are welded. The top beam composition, the spacer sleeve and the pull ring are pin connected.
