Breif introduction:
KF100 railway side dumper car is a quick unloading low side open wagon, specially designed for heavy bulk cargos like ore, mineral stones, glass rock, gravel, coal, building materials, etc.
When unloading the goods, the wagon carriage would be tipped to a max. angle of 45°by the pneumatic tipping devices. Then the loaded goods could be quickly empty by gravity. The carriage could be tipped to both sides of the railway. It is applied for factories, mines, and large construction sites equipped with mechanized loading equipment.
The car body is of all steel riveted welding structure. The whole car is composed of under frame, carriage, tipping cylinder, tipping pipeline, side door opening and closing device, air brake device, coupler buffer device, bogie, etc.
The tipping device is mainly composed of tipping pipeline system, tipping cylinders, side doors opening and closing device, etc. The tipping pipeline system is composed of air receiver and various valves. This system is an operating system for car tipping and unloading. The operating valve allows compressed air into the tipping cylinder to jack up the carriage for tipping and unloading.
The couplers and brake systems could be customized according to locomotive specification.
