Working Principle of Power Loss Protection RF Admittance Level Switch For High Temperature

 

The working principle of the radio frequency admittance level switch is to measure and control the level by sensing the change of reactance (capacitive reactance and impedance) between it and the tank body through the probe. The internal electronic unit is composed of the reactance between the probe measuring pole and the empty tank to form a balanced bridge circuit and generate a stable oscillation signal. When the measured medium covers the probe measuring pole, the reactance change between the probe measuring pole and the tank will cause the bridge circuit to be unbalanced and stop generating oscillating signals. The post-stage circuit detects this change and outputs an alarm signal. The oscillating signal is applied to the measuring electrode of the probe as a radio frequency signal, and is also sent to the protection electrode of the probe after passing through a 1:1 voltage follower. isolation. When there is material hanging on the probe, there is no potential difference between the measuring electrode and the protective electrode to form electrical isolation to ensure that the signal change of the protective electrode does not affect the detection, so that the change of the reactance on the probe measuring electrode can only be determined by the probe measuring electrode and the tank. The material is determined, so that the hanging material on the probe will not affect the normal detection.
