A: Our factory is located in Yongkang city, Zhejiang province, close to Shanghai Yiwu and Hangzhou, the transportati is very convenient. Warmly welcome to visit our factory. You can transfer to Yiwu Airport, Shanghai Airport or Hangzhou Airport, we can drive to pick you up, or take the high-speed train directly to Yongkang station.
Q2: Can you provide samples? Is it free or has extra fee?
A: We can provide it for free, but you need to pay the freight. If it is a customized product, we will first charge a certain sample fee and shiping fee. When the order is placed in batches, 100% will be returned.
Q3: How long is the delivery time?
A: We will arrange the production as soon as we receive the deposit. If we have the stock, we can arrange the delivery within 2days. Usually the production can be completed around 20-25 days. In case of large quantity or special order and urgently needed, it can be negotiated.
