To achieve all 3 factors above, Red Star does not only focus on quality materials but also adopts special heat treatment process to improve overall performance of steel wires. After treatment, both internal structure and physical properties of steel wire has been significantly improved.

Pu Strip Self Cleaning Screen Hook Types:
Our hook making adopts the electromagnetic coil heating process.
All hooks are one-time forming. There are different type of hooks
and edges available.
We can provide wire cloth with or without hooks and wire cloth
rolls in different size according to client’s requests.
Pu Strip Self Cleaning Screen Characteristic
Our self cleaning screens are available in high tensile steel mesh
or stainless steel. Also with or without polyurethane cross strips.
Self cleaning screens are a non-blinding, high quality screening
surface that provides accurate screening and sizing. Particularly
where material is difficult, wet or sticky. In addition to having
many advantages over other screen types, self cleaning mesh gives
higher production rates. At the same time eliminating the problem
of large unwanted flat material that contaminates the finished
product.
With high quality, non-blinding screening is the perfect mesh. The
combination of different size wire used in manufacture means that
they vibrate at varying frequencies to produce a self-cleaning
surface. Also, due to its flat surface (no knuckles) self cleaning
screens can use a smaller wire diameter than woven wire for some
applications. Therefore it has a greater opening area percentage
and still lasts as long as normal square woven mesh.
PU Strip Self Clenaing Screen Shape Configurations:
Shape D is ideal for the medium and light materials. It is
effectively controls the materials sizing through the equal
openings. Shape D can do an excellent job no matter how strict the
material sizing requirements.
Pu Strip Self Cleaning Screen The Shape S of self cleaning
screen mesh is made of several horizontal and parallel crimped
wires. It looks like the herringbone pattern, which can offer
better sizing control than Shape S and Shape S by eliminating more
flats and elongates
Shape V is specifically engineered and designed to reduce blinding
and plugging conditions when the use of conventional square opening
wire cloth is not acceptable. The Shape V screen accurately
controls material sizing, both undersized, similar sized and
oversized materials, while staying clean and remaining efficient.

Mam Ba's woven wire, non-blinding screening products offer many effective solutions to difficult sizing and aggregate separation conditions that are usually associated with efficient screening and accurately sized salable aggregate. Specifically, these include fine material “blinding” and near size material “plugging/pegging” conditions. These troublesome screening situations exist in numerous aggregate processing facilities and usually present “bottlenecks” where efficient aggregate flow and accurately sized material is imperative. Efficient screening is but one of the necessary ingredients of cost-effective aggregate processing, although it is usually the most important.
The sale of clean and accurately sized aggregate material determines the profitability of the customers we serve and greatly reflects upon us as a screen media supplier. Many self-cleaning screening surfaces are currently available to maintain or increase production where these “difficult screening” conditions exist. Applying the correct self-cleaning screen, based on your particular screening application, can make a significant improvement in the profitability of your screening operation.
