Electronic Foam Rebound Resilience Test Instrument, Accuracy <0.5%
1.Instrument introduction:
This machine is designed and manufactured according to
GB/T6670-2008, conforms to ASTM American Standard D3574 and ISO8307
test standards. It also meets the test method of urethane foam SES
N3296 for Japanese car seat cushion. It is suitable for measuring
the falling ball type of soft polyurethane foam. Resilience
performance. The instrument can freely fall on the foam sample at a
specified height by a given diameter and mass of the steel ball,
and calculate the percentage of the maximum height of the ball
rebound and the ratio of the falling height of the ball to the
rebound rate. The rebound rate indicates the rebound resilience of
the foam. The machine is safe, reliable and has high measurement
accuracy.
